A: Coreluv exists to address the global orphan crisis by bringing the LUV of Jesus to orphans around the world by providing their six basic needs: clean water, proper food, healthcare, education, job skills, and a Christ-centered, loving home.

Q: What is the global orphan crisis?

There are over 150,000,000 orphans in the world today. While adoption is part of the solution, only 250,000 adoptions occur each year. That leaves 99% who will likely never be adopted. That’s where Coreluv comes in. We create loving homes for orphaned children.

Q: How does my purchase contribute to Defending the Orphan?

A: 100% of the proceeds from your purchase benefit the mission of Coreluv, and allow us to continue providing the six basic needs for the children in our care. You are making a difference with every purchase!

Ordering & Payment

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Browse our collections, select your desired items, choose the size and color, and click “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, proceed to checkout.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

A: No, orders cannot be changed once placed. Please verify all information has been entered correctly before placing your order. If you need assistance with an order, please contact us at store@coreluv.org.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Shipping costs depend on the number of items ordered and the delivery location. We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible while ensuring timely delivery.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: We try to ship orders as quickly as we can. Most orders take 1-2 weeks to deliver.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: No, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes, if you place an order through an account and not as a guest, you can track the status of your order on the My Account page under “Order Tracking.” You will need your order ID and your billing email address.

Sizing & Product Information

Q: How do I know what size to order?

A: Check the sizing details on the product page, and compare to the measurements of an item you own that fits you well.

Q: Will sold-out items be restocked?

A: Items are offered while supplies last, so don’t wait to order items that you want. Items will be restocked when possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Due to the print-on-demand nature of our store, we are not able to accept returns. If there is an error with your order, let us know at store@coreluv.org and we will do our best to make it right.

Q: Can I make a donation without making a purchase?

A: Yes, you can make a donation at coreluv.org/donate

Account & Security

Q: Do I need an account to place an order?

A: No, you do not need an account to place an order. However, there are many benefits to creating an account, including the ability to view order history, set default shipping and billing addresses, order tracking

Q: How do I reset my password?

A: If you need to reset your password, visit the My Account page, click “Lost your password?”, and enter your username or email address to receive a link to reset your password.

Q: Do you have any discounts or special promotions?

A: We occasionally offer special offers and promotions. Follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to find out when specials are offered. You can also subscribe to Coreluv emails to be notified of promotions.

Q: How do I apply a discount code?

A: Discount codes can be applied on the Cart page, as well as during the checkout process.

Q: Can I use more than one discount code?

A: No, only one discount code can be used at a time.
