At Coreluv International, we are committed to providing high-quality products that support our cause. Because of our store’s print-on-demand model, we have a specific return policy to ensure that every purchase has a positive impact.

What Can Be Returned

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to help. We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • Defective Items: If your item arrives with a defect in print, stitching, or material, we’ll gladly accept a return and provide a replacement or refund.
  • Damaged Items: If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to ensure a replacement or refund is provided.
  • Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong item or size due to an error on our part, we’ll correct the mistake at no additional cost to you.

What Cannot Be Returned

To maintain our commitment to our cause, we cannot accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Wrong Size Ordered: Please refer to our sizing guide carefully before making a purchase. If you’re unsure, our customer service team is happy to assist with sizing questions.
  • Color Preference: We strive to accurately display product colors, but variations may occur due to screen settings. We do not accept returns for color preference.
  • Buyer’s Remorse: Since every purchase supports our cause, we encourage thoughtful shopping. Returns due to a change of mind or buyer’s remorse are not accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

If your return meets the criteria above, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at store@coreluv.org within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect or damage if applicable.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return instructions, if applicable. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be processed.
  3. Processing: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your replacement or refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for this process.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will offer an exchange for the correct item. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for different sizes or colors due to the reasons listed above.
